About LGBT Olim

LGBT Olim is an online community for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people who have moved to Israel. Whilst there is a thriving LGBT community in Israel, many LGBT community organisations cater only for Hebrew speakers. Many new immigrants (or Olim) struggle with the language, and so this group was started to give LGBT olim a place to meet (virtually) and to discuss relevant topics, no matter where in Israel they settled.

You can find LGBT Olim on Facebook at http://fb.com/LGBTOlim. If you’re lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender and have moved to Israel (or are thinking about it), please visit and “like” our page.

Hello! My son has been here in Israel for seven years, and this is my one year anniversary here! I was active in PFLAG in the states, and would love to connect here too! We live here in the North!
